I managed to miss Chanukah, so apologies to my Jewish friends and readers. For the rest of you who aren't Muslim, Hindu or Shinto, please accept my best wishes for a very merry Christmas - and a happy and healthy New Year to everyone.
Let us know what you ate!

We had overbaked noodle kugel, Wolfgang Puck's latkes (awful) and the driest, most disgusting brisket that the slow cooker ever produced. Later in the week, we did a beautiful rib roast...slow roasted....and it was to die for. It's all in the cut of meat and the preparation. Don't let anyone tell you different! Happy Holidays!

Turkey with REAL herbs is the only way to go! Your gravy, if you stuff your bird with real sage, thyme and rosemary, will be so delicious you will want to eat it with a spoon like soup.
Wowza.
